The CDS contribution process is open to individuals, corporate bodies and organizations as it is for communities. You can make contributions without your community being formally listed. Contact the designated Kano CDS participating community addresses nearest to you, or contact us for details.
As soon as your community expresses interest to join the scheme, the engagement process will commence. Also, as soon as the local engagement team or group are able to mobilise and organize their community, the scheme can take off there. Read the process here.
In a scheme like this, no amount is too little or too much. As an individual or Community, sustained voluntary contributions are required to enable the CDS implement laudable projects in the community and the State.

Yes, the scheme’s registration and contribution is designed for all, locals and foreigners; companies, individuals or groups; Governments or NGOs, etc. You can make donations here.
No, but, you can still make a financial contribution at any time without necessarily registering with CDS. You can do so online via www.kanocds.org or visit any of the participating community partner offices. However, you may not be able to access privileged information regarding contributions, communities, projects etc. if not formally registered. Contact us for details.
For the time being, no. However, Kano CDS will announce when other forms of contributions would be accepted.

Unlike other previous socio-economic initiatives in Kano State, the Kano CDS doesn’t depend on wealthy persons alone for funding and management.
